Laura Yon holds a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine, is a Graduate of the Metta Institute’s End-of-Life-Practitioner Program, a massage therapist for hospice and a Registered Yoga Therapist who has taught yoga in the therapeutic lineage of Viniyoga since 1992. As student and practitioner of Buddhism for 30 years, Laura integrates mindfulness into all of her teaching. Combining her knowledge and experience, Laura is uniquely qualified to help you practice yoga in a safe, supportive environment.
A private session with Laura will offer you individualized instruction that may include; yoga, meditation, breathing practices, stress reduction and overall well-being, to help you on your life journey.
