Laura Yon has taught hatha yoga in the viniyoga tradition since 1992. As a student and practitioner of Buddhism for 30 years, she integrates mindfulness into all of her teaching.
Laura began working in the massage and physical therapy field in 1988. And now brings her presence and skill to helping hospice patients transition with ease.
By moving with awareness of the body, breath, heart and mind, students develop a sense of calm and peacefulness which extends well beyond their yoga mat. Laura dedicates her life to helping others move with ease, open their hearts and quiet their minds.
