When viniyoga was first practiced in India, the  teacher would design a practice specifically for the student’s individual needs. Laura Yon retains this traditional form of working therapeutically, while integrating her knowledge of Sports Medicine, her work with the dying and grieving and over 30 years experience of Buddhist meditation and yoga practice.

After graduating with a Master’s Degree in Sports Medicine, Laura has worked in Physical Therapy clinics, at Deepak Chopra’s Center for Mind-Body Medicine, Seattle Cancer Care Alliance and Providence Hospice. Since developing her private practice 20 years ago, Laura has helped hundreds of people live pain-free, move with ease and still their busy minds.
