This small facilitated online group provides a consistaent, supportive space to explore grief over four weeks through shared reflection, guided practices and optional discussion. Each session builds on the last, offering connection, grounding tools and gentle structure to support integration, meaning-making and care for your nervous system.
The 2-hour online Intro class is a pre-requisite for this 4-week group.
